In most cases, yes. Once we’ve discussed your specific project, we can tell you if your custom patio cover design requires a permit. If it does, we’ll handle the application and approval process for you, and we’ll even work with you to secure HOA approvals if necessary!
If you choose not to get a permit, we’ll still meet or exceed the minimum engineering requirements.
Do you provide custom designs & installation?
Absolutely! We’ll work with you to plan the best patio cover for your needs. Whether you want classic looks, clean contemporary designs, or an architectural flair, we’ll create a cover that’s unique to you.
Do you install accessories like lights and fans?
Yes! We are happy to install lights & fans, as well as other accessories like privacy walls, retractable awnings, and motorized patio screens.
How long does installation take?
Most projects are completed within 2-5 days once all permits, HOA approvals, and materials are ready. Custom designs and accessories may extend that length.
