Sunbrella fabrics are designed to resist mold and mildew, even in damp or humid conditions. If dirt or debris leads to any buildup, the fabric can be easily spot cleaned using a mild bleach solution, without compromising the color or integrity of the material.
Resists Fading & UV
Sunbrella fabrics are engineered for lasting performance, with color pigments infused deep into each fiber. This solution-dyed process ensures vibrant, fade-resistant colors that withstand intense sun exposure and everyday wear, maintaining their beauty and strength season after season.

You won’t need to! Our most popular awnings come pre-equipped with built-in LED track lighting.
Note that some awning styles do not have lighting. One of our awning experts would be happy to walk you through the options.

No, retractable awnings should always be retracted during high winds.
Keeping the awning closed protects the fabric from flying debris and potential wind damage. While the integrated wind sensor can automatically retract the awning in strong winds, it should be considered a backup.
